“From the moment we arrived at the Best Western Plus in Brawley, California, our experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay stand out was the incredible service we received at check-in. LYZZ greeted us with such genuine kindness and positivity, it immediately set the tone for our entire visit. She was thoughtful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. What meant the most to us was how wonderful she was with our daughter, taking the time to engage with her in such a warm and friendly way. It’s those small, meaningful moments that leave a lasting impression, and LYZZ created that for our family. Her helpfulness and uplifting energy didn’t just feel like good customer service, it felt personal, and it made all the difference after a long day of travel. “This is a fabulous place to stay, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the room and common areas, as well as how friendly the staff were. We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the Glamis sand dunes, and it was so nice coming back at night to stay here. The proximity to the dunes is easy, you literally turn right out of the parking lot and follow that road for a half hour. We'll be back next time!”

“The location is interestingly convenient for a tiny town that Brawley is, I was tasked with supporting a project north of Calipatria and in all honesty I intended to lodge in the El Centro area but I was not feeling the drive. This is a hidden gem and as a result does not get its fair share, is my guess. Those of you craving coffee throughout the day they do have an awesome coffee machine available to guests in their dining area. I was able to successfully conduct online meetings with room’s complementary internet signal and a somewhat lounge-y lobby area with inviting Amazon music in the back ground. Another big plus they have surveillance system outside their building overlooking vehicle parking lots. Plenty of spots to eat are nearby including grocery stores. My favorite breakfast was egg omelette with turkey sausage links, gravy all you can eat. The front desk representatives were understanding and professional at all times.”

“I had a great stay at the Best Western hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few small things that could be improved, but overall I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.”

“I walked into this hotel on a Friday/presidents day weekend and was able to book a room for my wife and I that were in a serious car crash. I told the receptionist in needed a ground floor room with extra pillows in anticipation of my wife's discharge from the hospital. She was very accommodating. Room was great as well as the hot breakfast.”
